Once you select an available service route on the driver's profile:
- Tap Send Transport Request to open the Transport Request Page.
- Select the child you are booking for. The app verifies that your home suburb and school match the driver's corridor.
- If supported by the transport provider, you can also select weather you are requesting transport for both ways, morning only or afternoon only.
- Select your preferred payment terms (Monthly, 11 Months, or 10 Months) and requested start date.
- Price Negotiation (Optional): If you need to negotiate a custom monthly rate (such as for siblings or one-way transit), tap Negotiate Price and enter your proposed monthly figure (minimum R50).
- Tap Submit Request.
