Step 1: Enter Your Mobile Number

Open the app and enter your South African mobile number on the Login / Sign up screen. The country code defaults to South Africa (+27). Tap Log in / Sign up.


Step 2: Verification for New Parents (OTP)

If you are registering for the first time:

  1. The app sends a 6-digit One-Time PIN (OTP) via SMS.
  2. Enter the OTP on the Verify OTP screen. If the SMS does not arrive immediately, you can tap Resend Code once the countdown timer finishes.
  3. Upon verification, you are taken to the Set Password screen to create and confirm a secure password.
  4. Next, complete your personal details on the Set Profile screen: your first name, last name, and email address (used for payment receipts and contract notices).


Step 3: Logging In for Existing Parents

If you already have an active account:

  1. After entering your mobile number, the app navigates directly to the Login with Password screen.
  2. Enter your password to sign in.
