To find transporters operating between your area and your child's school:
- On the School Transport Dashboard, tap Find Provider on the Transport Requests card.
- Choose your search mode:
- Region, Suburb & School Search: Select your Region (e.g. Gauteng), and optionally filter by suburb and school. Tap Search Drivers.
- Fleet Group Code: If your transport provider is registered as a fleet group on the platform, ask for their Fleet Group Code, and switch to the fleet tap, enter the fleet group code and you should see the provider's profile and all their supported routes. Choose your route and sent a transport request.
- The search results display matching transporters:
- Independent Transporters: Individual owner-drivers with verified vehicles and PrDP credentials.
- Fleet Groups: Registered multi-vehicle transport companies operating coordinated routes.
- Each result card shows the transport provider's name, vehicle make/model, verification badges, real-time seat availability, and monthly pricing.
